Zaki M. Anarwala is the Principal of the firm and is a well-respected transactional and corporate attorney whose practice is particularly focused on real estate matters.  Mr. Anarwala advises a wide range of clients regarding commercial real estate, business law and estate planning.  Mr. Anarwala has facilitated the purchase of a portfolio of hotels worth over $100 million and has represented emerging growth companies in connection with venture capital investments.  Mr. Anarwala is also general outside counsel for many companies and medical practices, helping them resolve their day-to-day legal issues. 

Mr. Anarwala has practiced since 2003.  Previously, Mr. Anarwala served as Managing Attorney of a boutique law firm on the North Shore and worked at LexisNexis, the premiere legal research company.
