Anarwala establishes ZMA Legal PDF Print E-mail

August 1, 2008

Chicago, Illinois - Transactional Attorney, Zaki Anarwala has started ZMA Legal, A Professional Corporation. The new firm, based in Chicago, will focus on the representation of businesses and individuals in the areas of commercial real estate, business enterprise law and estate planning & probate.

Anarwala started his career at a boutique law firm in Northbrook, Illinois, representing clients on corporate tax and real estate matters, and rising to Managing Attorney status in just two years time. In 2006, Anarwala joined LexisNexis where he consulted AmLaw 100 law firms on gaining a strategic advantage in practice through the use of relevant content and technology.

"I'm very excited about the firm and its future. The business model that law firms adhere to is often antiquated and does not reflect the best interest of their clients. ZMA Legal is built to enhance closer communication between the firm and the client," says Anarwala. "This leads to greater collaboration, increased efficiency in solving problems and positive results."
